[Day 26] 資料故事-結尾(Freytag's Pyramid)

結尾(Resolution)

今天來到資料故事的最後一個階段,做簡潔的收尾,並提供下次討論時的方向。最後我也想與Kaggle資料集上提供者的一些想法來做比較,看有沒有忽略掉的地方。

Analysis:
During the analysis, it is found that the bikes were rented the most on the third day and the average time was about 22 minutes while the highest was about 15 hours. This shows that most of the people use bikes for daily commute which is about 22 minutes, for travelling around in there own city.
While few others preferably members might use it for long time but the bikes were mostly return before 12 hours except for in a few cases.
It is observed that the average ride length for casual members is 0.027, whereas it is 0.00803 for members.
推算大多使用者是以通勤為主要目的,如果租借較久的使用者大多會在12小時前歸還。
(在我個人的分析階段比較沒有計算的是比較會員跟非會員的平均騎程時間)

Recommendation:
The company can provide more bikes on day-3 of the week and can provide special dicounts to people who rent bikes on that day with a membership , it can offer extra time for same amount in summer and busy hours for people having memberships.
It can gain more members in canal area during the 3rd day . It can campaign about the advantages of memberships.
1.在熱門時段(週三)/熱門季節(夏天)提供特別折扣,招攬更多客人加入會員
2.吸引在熱門地點(河岸旁)的客群

既然本次是以會員和非會員為主,應該要有更多找出兩者差異化的地方,這是我可以再想更深遠之處。/images/emoticon/emoticon33.gif
